About this project.

This roof was tired, old, rusted, leaking and well past its lifespan. As our client was undertaking a small renovation, it made sense to replace their roof and remove all the worry a leaky roof can bring.

We completed the project during the first COVID-19 lockdown in Melbourne. This meant ensuring that deliveries arrived on time so the project could be completed quickly.

A ZINCALUME corrugated roof was chosen to tone in with the natural environment. Being a flat roof, the material was not as visible so ZINCALUME was a durable, but more economical choice. COLORBOND Surfmist gutters and downpipes were selected to blend in seamlessly with the light coloured wall cladding

The job ran very smoothly with the complete replacement finished within the week. And the result is a beautiful new roof that will last for 50 years.
