This colour profile was chosen to suit the home and allow flexibility in making other changes to the exterior of the house.

About this project.

The existing tile roof on this home in Kealba had reached the end of its lifespan.

With hailstorm damage causing it to leak in several areas, and many failed attempts to repair the roof across a decade, our client decided it was time to get a complete roof replacement and solve the problems once and for all.

In our experience, when you add a beautiful new roof to your home, you often go on to change and update many other elements of your home exterior.

To help ensure the right colour choice that would compliment these other improvements, our colour consultant went out on-site to provide expert colour advice.

This gave our client confidence in their colour selection, knowing that they could go on to complete a matching patio after the new roof was installed.

With straightforward access to the site, we were able to install fall protection easily for this job, which in turn made for seamless and quick completion.

The new corrugated steel roof in COLORBOND® Monument has transformed the look of the home and is performing brilliantly. The client was very happy to let us know he didn’t get wet inside his house in the latest downpour!
